Hello!Write to support@littlehello.app for support, privacy requests, or a safety concern. Please include your device, app version, and what happened. Never send your sign-in code.
Signing in
Use an email address you control. The six-digit code works once and expires after ten minutes. Check junk mail if it hasn’t arrived, and wait for the resend timer before requesting another code.
Joining your people
Open the invitation link or paste its eight-character code into Hello!. You can preview the circle before joining. Invitations last seven days and may be revoked or used; ask the owner for a new one if needed.
Where did a recording go?
Voice notes last up to seven days, with up to twenty-four hours to replay after completing a listen. Deletion, leaving a circle, or removal can make recordings unavailable sooner. Expired recordings cannot be recovered through the app.
Deleting your account
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Pass ownership or close circles you manage first. If you cannot access the app, email us from your account address. We will verify the request before taking action. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion removes and what may be retained temporarily.
Something doesn’t feel right
If someone misuses Hello!, contact us with the circle name, a description, and any relevant time or account details. Circle owners can remove members; you can leave a circle at any time unless you need to transfer ownership first. Hello! is not monitored as an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
