A few things to keep this little space kind.

Last updated: 18 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of Hello!, its apps, widgets, website, and related services, operated by Madhu G B (sole proprietor), based in India (“we”, “us”). By using Hello!, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Who can use Hello!

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Use an email account you control, keep sign-in codes and devices secure, and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for your use of the service; tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your circles and moments

Hello! lets you share short voice recordings and emoji moods with private circles. Current limits include three circles per account, twelve members per circle, recordings up to sixty seconds, and three active recordings per membership. We may adjust limits to keep the service reliable and will explain material changes.

Only share invitations with people you intend to invite. Circle owners can admit and remove members, revoke invitations, transfer ownership, or close a circle. Leaving, removal, or closure can end access to recordings. A private circle is not a guarantee that its members will keep information confidential.

Your content stays yours

You retain ownership of content you share. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support Hello!, and comply with law. We may use service providers for these purposes. This does not grant us permission to use your recordings in advertising or train AI models on them.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to record and share the content, including permission from other people where required. Respect the privacy and intellectual property of your circle.

Keep it kind and lawful

Do not use Hello! to harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, or impersonate anyone; distribute sexual exploitation material, unlawful content, or content that violates another person’s rights; send spam; or encourage violence or self-harm. Do not bypass access controls, misuse invitations, automate abusive activity, disrupt the service, or attempt to access another circle’s information.

Report a concern to support@littlehello.app. Include only the information needed to understand it, such as your account email, the circle involved, and a description. Never send your sign-in code. We may investigate and restrict access or remove content when needed to enforce these Terms, protect people, or comply with law.

Disappearing is not a backup

Recordings expire no later than seven days after sharing. A recipient’s completed listen limits their replay window to twenty-four hours within that period. Moods expire after twenty-four hours. Content can become unavailable sooner after deletion, leaving, or removal. Technical failures may also interrupt access.

Do not rely on Hello! for an archive, emergency communication, medical care, or any time-critical message. There are no social notifications or delivery guarantees. We cannot erase copies made outside the service. Physical cleanup and backup retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

Leaving Hello!

You may stop using Hello! at any time. To delete your account, use Settings → Account → Delete account, after transferring or closing circles you own. Contact support@littlehello.app if you need help. Deletion ends the content licence except to the extent limited retention is necessary for backups, security, legal obligations, or resolving disputes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate and permitted, we will give notice and a way to contact us about the decision.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep Hello! useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by service interruption or loss of content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.

Apple and these Terms

Your licence to the downloaded app is also subject to Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement, unless a separate valid licence is supplied with it. These service Terms do not replace that licence. Hello!’s operator, rather than Apple, provides the Hello! service and support.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections and rights to bring claims in your country of residence.

Changes and questions

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes where required; you can stop using the service if you do not accept them. Mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you remain unaffected.
